Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray your pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place the crescent roll triangles onto the pizza pan. Press down with your hands to join the seams and make sure the entire pizza pan is covered.
Bake crescent roll pizza crust for 9-11 minutes or until crescent rolls start turning golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix together the eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spray your skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add the egg mixture to it. Cook on medium, stirring often until eggs are set to make scrambled eggs. Once done, sit these off to the side while you prepare the sausage gravy.
Add the sausage to a skillet and cook until no longer pink and sausage is cooked thoroughly.
Add the country gravy packet directly to the sausage and mix well.
Pour the milk over the sausage and stir until mixed well. Cook on medium until the milk starts to thicken and has reached the desired gravy consistency.
Pour the gravy onto the crescent roll pizza crust. Spread out to make an even layer. Add the scrambled eggs to the top of the gravy.
Add 1 to 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, depending on your preference.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted through.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
